PREMIERE
This package is for hosts who run their properties independently but need Cleaner Scheduling & Managment and Emergency Co-hosting. Owners interface with guests personally but have a local backup in case of emergency and to fulfill High Desert county/city regulations.
Cleaning Fee + 8% gross payout
This package is for hosts who need a significant amount of assistance but want to retain control over pricing, pool/hot tub maintenance and other contractor services. Package includes Cleaner Scheduling & Management, Guest Management Services and Emergency Co-hosting.
Cleaning Fee + 16% gross payout
This is the package is for hosts who want income but don't want to manage. Includes Guest Management, Pricing Strategy, Emergency Co-hosting, Cleaner Scheduling. In addition, we'll schedule hot tub/pool maintenance, pest control and landscaping services, when required. Package includes monthly Home Wellness Checks (a $185 value).
Cleaning Fee + 25% gross payout
Packages require an initial two month commitment but then move to month-to-month. Cleaning fees are billed at time of service at our set rates (regardless of the cleaning fee in your listing). Please see the Terms and Conditions for more details.
